What's the difference between a Stake Communication Specialist and a Communication Specialist/Communication Director? They all only have access to Send a Message in LCR. Does one have CDOL access and the others don't?

The callings are described in Handbook 6.2.1.7.
It appears stake communication director is the head position, but I don't know as they'd have CDOL access. Their role is more of public affairs rather than internal communication.

I guess I was hoping the GHB would state the difference between a Stake Communication Specialist and a Communication Specialist. I noticed LCR shows both callings (could they be the same calling, just named differently?). The HB states assistant directors, but LCR doesn't show that they have any permissions.
Of course, the HB also states to check out GCN for more information about Communication Callings.

super pour cette qeustion pour moi un spécialiste de communication et directeur de la communication sont accée à toutes choses pas seulement adors de l'église mais aussi à l'église.
