Cannot Access Bishop's Orders and Referrals

I am a Branch President serving as an out-of-unit leader. As of recently - just noticed today - I cannot access Bishop's Orders and Referrals. The error I get is "You are not authorized to view this page." Our Relief Society President, who is also an out-of-unit leader also cannot access. She gets the same error. Is anyone else experiencing this, and is there a solution?

Long shot - try using incognito mode. Church websites suffer from "cookie buildup".

But it's also likely it's a temporary problem with a church system.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Incognito mode did not work. This is unfortunate since I have a family needing a food order. I guess I will try a paper form.

Since you're a branch president you should have access. I wonder if there's a bug related to out-of-unit members. You could try calling the Global Services Department.

I'd suggest calling support to have them troubleshoot the issue. If it is a bug, they'll need the information to pass it along to the developers.
