Cant enter donation for one member. Others work no problem

Came across an issue where we are trying to enter tithing for a particular member and the entry isn’t being added to the batch. All other members are working fine. Any ideas ? We’ve cleared browser cookies.

I had this scenario recently. Although you could select the members name the donation entry wouldn’t stick. The solution turned out to use the Add Donor option immediately to the right of the Donor selection box. Please let us know if this works for you, or if you find another solution!

Yes it worked ! thank you ! once you fixed it did the quick search function work again or do you need to enter the membership number each time for that member ?

For us once the member was successfully added as a donor, that was it!
