Switching Currencies on Tools App

I'm currently living in an area where individuals in the ward can spend money in two different types of currencies. On the mobile app they only can submit for a reimbursement in one type of currency and on the website they can only enter in the other type of currency. Is there a way for individuals to switch the currency they need to be reimbursed in on either the tools app or the website?
