Members Tools
Several members in our Stake are having trouble with members tools after the last update. The app keeps freezing. You can't go to the menu. I have uninstalled many times and reinstalled. But still keep freezing after a few minutes.

What operating system version are those members using, iOS or android? Noting the system version will help in troubleshooting the issue.

It would probably be best if the affected members report it though the app. The report will send some information about the device to help the developers spot a pattern.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
