Ward Activity Committee Leaders - Where are people putting them?
Ever since the recent update of the handbook that allowed for Activity Leaders again (General Handbook 20.2.1), we've had a hard time finding where to actually put them as a calling in LCR. What is everyone else doing? When you have a Ward Activity Leader, where do you put the calling?

LCR > Organizations > Other Callings > Additional Callings > Ward Activities Committee Leader. Any other activity committee callings would be custom callings but created/recorded in the Additional Callings area.

Re: Ward Activity Committee Leaders - Where are people putting them?
My reading of GHB 20.2.1 is that calling committee members is described, but there doesn't seem to be any indication about calling a committee leader (chair/etc). It does say that a Ward Council member is assigned to be in regular contact with the activity committee, so that seems to be who functions as the de facto activity committee leader.
That said, if a ward wants to create a custom calling for Ward Activities Committee Leader, nothing wrong with that. When I go to the LCR "Additional Callings" I don't see that calling listed as a standard calling available for us to select, so as suggested it would just be a custom calling.

Re: Ward Activity Committee Leaders - Where are people putting them?
Because RS activity coordinator and EQ activity coordinator (as well as their committee members) are standard callings, they can publish and edit events on their respective organization's online calendar (https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/calendar/month) if given permission (by an administrator) to do so. They could also be given permission to publish and edit events on the ward activities calendar. Unfortunately, ward activities chairman/leader is not a standard calling and therefore cannot publish and edit events on any calendar.
