Is there a way we can see who from our ward has registered for FSY?

Only your bishop has access to that at the ward level.

Is this still true that only Bishops can see who from their ward has pre-registered for FSY during on-cycle years? Can access be granted to Young Women Presidents or individuals called as FSY Coordinators?

As a ward clerk, I stumbled across a report that showed registration data for my ward for 2025. I found the Youth Approval Tool link embedded in the FSY FAQ response to the question "How much does it cost to attend FSY?". I just went to that tool and found a message that says "The FSY Youth Approval Tool has been disabled for those who are off-cycle this year. When approvals for off-cycle youth are available for this cycle, this page will be re-enabled." Our ward is off cycle for 2026.

I don't know what callings have access to the Youth Approval Tool. I have not found that tool, or a link to it in LCR. The steps I took to get to the link were:

1. Sign onto the Church website.
2. Click the "All Resources" button on the Resources menu.
3. Do a search for "FSY" in the All Resources search text box.
4. Select either of the two displayed search results links.
5. Select your country/region for your FSY event.
6. Click the "Frequently Asked Questions" tile.
7. Select the "How much does it cost to attend FSY?" question.
8. The link is in the third sentence of the first paragraph.
