BYU Pathways
I'm the Ward Clerk and my bishop asked me about helping a member finish up their degree through BYU pathways. We would provide financial support for this member so they could finish up their degree. My question is what account would we cover that out of, fast offerings? Has anybody had any experience with this?

I would council with your stake clerk who is responsible for your training.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
