I am the Membership Clerk for our ward. I have been asked to create a Part-Member Family report for our Senior Missionary couple, who have the assignment to strengthen part member families, in addition to cleaning up our membership records of people who have moved out.
I can't find anything in LCR about that. They said something about creating a "custom report".
I cannot find anything about custom reports in LCR. What's the answer?

If I remember correctly, the membership clerk doesn't have access to custom reports. Those would have to be done by the clerk.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

russellhltn is correct that the ward assistant clerk - membership does not have access to LCR > Reports > Create Report (aka custom reports). The ward clerk and assistant ward clerk have access.

As the membership clerk for 14 years, I created all the custom reports for many years until they took away my access. Not sure why they did this.
