I am trying to send an email with two different QR codes for sign up and questionares for a blood drive and after a test email/draft was sent the QR codes I imbeded/pasted in the body of the email/message were deleted and no longer visible. Is there a way to paste an image into the message when it is sent or does this have to be a separate attachment? I was hoping to just paste the QR codes in the body of the message next to a hyperlink so those who are so inclined can access it either way and the message would flow more smoothly as there were two different QR codes with two different purposes.
Thoughts?

If you are talking about the 'Send a Message' function then the QR codes would have to be attachments. Send a Message only has basic text formatting and embedding images is not supported.
