Can't save Household photo anymore
Our Household picture is an old one that I want to replace, but I can't find a way. On the website (Win11, Chrome), I can't find a button or link to upload or change the picture. The iPhone app has a way to do it, but every time I select a photo, I get this message: "Unable to upload image, please try again later". How can I do this?

Re: Can't save Household photo anymore
Online the app to change household and individual photos is Ward Directory and Map, found on the ChurchofJesusChrist.org website. Once on the website click the Resources menu icon (waffle icon or grid on 9 square dots icon) and then the Ward Directory and Map link. On the left of the Ward Directory and Map page is the Directory. Scroll to your household name and click the household name. Now click the edit icon, the blue circle with a pencil in the lower right corner. Just below your household name are three tabs. Click the Photo tab and then click the Change Photo button. Follow the instructions and save the uploaded file.bartbarker wrote: Wed May 15, 2024 9:00 am Our Household picture is an old one that I want to replace, but I can't find a way. Note: Only household members 18-years-old or older can change the household or individual photos as well as and communication data (email, phone number) and visibility settings.
