Meeting House WebCasting SW Issue

I am not sure where this should be discussed but I installed the software today and it works well. It is easy to setup but it will not shutdown cleanly. It seems to lock up the computer or make is very slow. I eventually had to push the power button to shutdown. Did it twice.

If I had not opened the SW it shuts down normally and fast.

Are there any know issues?

More info. I got the SW to shut down by clicking on the X to close. The box to stop encoding hangs the SW.
