Online reimbursement form instructions

Online reimbursement form instructions

I would recommend that the online reimbursement form include the instructions that the member should include the full receipt, including the business purchased from, the total amount paid, etc.

These pieces are required for lds financial audits but because it is not included in the online form, members do not include this information in their reimbursement requests and either becomes an audit finding or we have to go back to the member and have them complete.

You can pass that on to the responsible decision maker(s) using the feedback link found on the bottom of the Payment Request page. We can discuss it in the forum but those who can do something about it will most likely never see your post with your suggestion.
