Unable to update Marriage on record awaiting Restoration of Blessings

I am the Ward Membership Clerk. I was asked to update the record for a member that is awaiting a Restoration of Blessings. They were re-baptized a few months ago and the family is now moving out of the ward. They were married to their current spouse (who is a member) prior to being re-baptized and their (civil) marriage is recorded on that record, but I cannot update it on the other record. Is that because this is a "temporary" record showing they are awaiting Restoration of Blessings or am I missing something?
