Magazine Subscriptions

I haven’t received my magazines for about the last six months. I am not through the three years I paid for and I tried to subscribe again for the free one and that one hasn’t come either. My son is missing the friend.

To confirm: if you go to the Magazine Subscriptions webpage and sign in using your church account, do you see yourself subscribed to the magazine(s) you have chosen? If you are showing as subscribed, then is the "Shipping Address" shown on that page the correct address?
