Find Previous Address?

Find Previous Address?

Is there a way to find a member's previous address? I hate that I have to ask this because the problem is 100% my fault.

Yesterday I combined two adults into the same household. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they had different addresses (again, my fault). I combined them backwards, moving his record into her household, when I should have done it the other way around. That ended up clobbering his address and putting them both in a place where neither lives. I need to find his previous address so that I can fix it and get out of the dog house with the RS Pres (aka my wife). :D Thanks!

The Global Service Center may have the ability to give you that information.

If you haven't updated Member Tools, you should be able to find it there. Likewise, anything else that doesn't sync in real-time, such as a directory printout.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Great suggestion! My Tools had already synced, but I asked a bunch of people in the ward. Turns out the missionaries had it and saved me. Crisis averted. Low tech for the win!
