Setting to have txt disply what the audio is reading constantly

Does a setting like this exist? If it does please let me know how to turn it on. And if not can you please put that in the new update. Because when i'm trying to scroll to keep up with the audio the audio will skip if my fingers get too close to the player and then I cant find where I was. It's annoying cause it happens to me all the time.
