Provision Account?
I’m trying to get a new clerk computer set up and when it got to the part where I click “continue anyway” it took me to the regular login screen to an account called Provision and I’m supposed to type in a password and I don’t know how to get in to finish set up. Any thoughts?

Re: Provision Account?
Press "Enter". The password is blank.

Re: Provision Account?
This needs to be added to the wiki page for setting up new clerk computers.

Re: Provision Account?
Is the Provision account intended to stay around? Since it doesn’t have a password I find that after restarting the computer it automatically logs into that account instead of giving the option to select the new Unit account.

Re: Provision Account?
I believe it disappears or at least is inactive once the setup is complete.

Re: Provision Account?
We have one Clerk computer where the Provision account is not being removed once setup is complete. The machine auto logs into that account whenever the computer is rebooted. I thought that it was supposed to be removed after install.

Sounds like it's not able to complete the process.drathbun121 wrote: Sun Dec 07, 2025 5:05 pm The machine auto logs into that account whenever the computer is rebooted.

Re: Provision Account?
My question is, how do I fix it so that it stops doing this?

Re: Provision Account?
The Provisioning Tool exe will need to be run again. If it continues like this, you can contact the GSD Meetinghouse Support team for additional assistance.drathbun121 wrote: Mon Dec 08, 2025 4:42 pm My question is, how do I fix it so that it stops doing this?
