Missionary daughter can’t sign into her account

My daughter previously worked at the MTC and had to sign into the church website with 2 step verification. She is now on her mission and no longer has access to the phone number that the code is being sent to. I am hoping we can get rid of the 2 step verification so she can use the embark app.

The missionary's mission office might be able to help, but it's like she will need to contact the Global Services Department to turn off MFA.
