HTTP header is larger than 10240 bytes.
When I tried to access the calendar and also when I tried to access LCR, I got a blank, black screen with the following message in the top left corner: "HTTP header is larger than 10240 bytes." I have to close and reopen my browser and then log in again, but even then it's hit or miss -- sometimes I'm able to access the calendar/LCR and sometimes I get that message again. This started happening a couple days ago but it appears to be occurring progressively more. Any suggestions on how I can fix this issue?

Try clearing the cookies for church website.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I had the same problem. I finally found this blog, and cleared all cookies (removed all browsing data) in Settings - Privacy and Security.
That seemed to solve the problem. Thank you russelhltn

That appears to have worked. Thanks!

Our clerk computer is having constant problems with this since the login page update. We can clear the cookies and then we are able to work for a while but as soon as the system needs to check permission access, the error comes back. So far in the last hour, I've had to clear cookies 12 times. I even had to clear them just to post this message.

How long does it take to come back if you use incognito mode? I'm wondering if there's something else that needs to be cleared.

Re: HTTP header is larger than 10240 bytes.
I spoke too soon. This issue occurred again a few days after my last post. Fortunately, it hasn't happened again. However, when it first started to happen, it got progressively worse. Hopefully that's not the case this time.
