Greetings!
Recently a new menu item appeared in LCR under Membership>Manage Records. It is labeled "Member Information to Verify." It is also highlighted in yellow, showing it is new. There is no data on the other side of the link. I don't see any instructions on how to use it. Could anyone please provide information and guidance?

New convert who was just baptized. Used to be a clerk proceeded a new record based on info the missionaries submit. The record is now created when the missionaries submit the form, and clerks need to verify serials with the new member.

We had a new convert confirmed today. Working with the Missionaries, together we checked the information they had in the app, before it was submitted. When the information arrived in LCR, an estimated 90% was missing, including the address and children. So beware that the app or the systems in between aren’t passing all the information on!

A (recent) convert baptism record that needs to be reviewed by a clerk or bishop to verify member information shows on Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) as an increase to the count, and with a red background, to the "Incomplete Member Profile" line in the Administration section.adkinsjm wrote: Sun Nov 09, 2025 9:37 am New convert who was just baptized. The "Member Information to Verify" line in the Administration section is for current member records that have incomplete member record information. For example the member record may be missing their birth location. Incomplete membership records will also show on the Membership Audit report in the "Potential Errors" section of the report and are not audit exceptions.

We have a few members who show up in the audit results for missing a birthplace who aren’t showing under the verify section, so it’s definitely a work in progress.

I have had this problem now with the first 6 converts we have had. I have had to ask the missionaries to go back to the Recent Convert and get the information once again.
