A new sister has moved into my ward. She told me her name, birthday, Baptismal date, when and where she served a mission but when I request her membership record the computer sais she does not exist.

can I talk to a real person to get some help. or could you find her and send her membership records to the Nampa 7th ward, Nampa west stake
