I've been scheduling Temple ordinance appointments online (churchofjesuschrist.org) for the last five years, but for the last two weeks it won't allow me to schedule anything and gave me this message: "Your temple is not scheduling appointments online right now. Not all temples are scheduling appointments online." I know this can't be true, since I was able to call the Temple and they scheduled appointments for me which appear on my profile. Does my online profile need to be reset or is there another way to fix this issue?

You might try using Incognito mode in your browser to see if that fixes things.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
