When to print priesthood advancement forms

Hi All,

It's late December and I'm looking into printing "Aaronic Priesthood Ordination Record" forms for the boys eligible for advancement after January 1st.
When I select someone from the "Actions and Interviews List" under the "Upcoming Aaronic Priesthood Ordinations" category and select the "Teacher Ordination" next to his name under the "Suggested Action" heading, it brings up the "Record an Ordinance" page for the individual. From there, I can choose to "Edit Ordination", which brings up the "Ordination Record Form" button. Clicking that button opens a pdf for that individual's ordination data, with signature and date fields unpopulated.

So far, so good.

However, that form (see attached) prefills the "Recommended for ordination to the office of" field with his current priesthood office, not the one he'll be eligible for on January 1st. A couple of other fields are prefilled with current ordinance info as well.

Will these data change on January 1st to reflect eligibility for his upcoming priesthood office?

Am I just jumping the gun, and should wait until January 1st rolls around?

Is there a better approach for preparing for these upcoming ordinations?

It's now January 1st, and yes indeed those fields are now updated to refect next Priesthood office info and dates.
