Seeking help with LCR session timeouts

Hello,

My apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere; I did search the forum first.

I am a Ward Executive Secretary using LCR on my personal computer. I’m frequently forced to re-authenticate while multitasking between LCR and other scheduling tasks.

Is there a way to increase the auto-logout timeout? Additionally, is it possible to mark a device as "trusted" to reduce these prompts?

I'm afraid that there are no options to change the timeout for LCR. You can submit feedback to request that kind of option using the Help > Contact Us menu item in LCR. But given the sensitive nature of the information available in LCR, I doubt it will happen.
