Ward Music Chair---adding hymns on web not application

HI...I prefer to work on a laptop rather than my phone for many reasons, but I can't seem to learn how to enter sacrament meeting hymns on the Church website rather than using the app? Thanks

That feature is currently only available in the mobile app, Gospel Library. Additionally, permissions are granted based on standard callings. The "Ward Music Chair" is a custom calling and would not have any permissions granted to 'Select Hymns for Sacrament' in the app. The Music Coordinator, Music Leader, and Accompanist are music callings that have the needed permissions.

Please submit Feedback on the Church website requesting this functionality. Maybe if enough people ask for it, it will get promoted.

I suspect many things tend to get worked on by rotation rather than feature. If true, it will get added the next time the relevant web page gets some developer love.

Maybe one day the Church will embrace the nature of open source software---another voluntary and unpaid method for developing software by volunteers, much like Church callings---also for their tools. With open source software, everyone who is inclined to fix their pet peeve bug is able to scratch that itch if they are willing to "serve".
