So, I started using the Zoom/Meet interface a year ago to publish our sacrament meeting broadcasts...and last year, things went pretty smooth once I figured out the initial setup/process.
However, when I went to publish the webinar series for 2026, I ran into all kinds of problems trying to get the entire webinar series of events to show up in the Meet portal...after a ticket with the GSD and recreating shorter series of webinars (one per quarter), I now have all of 2026 published in the Meet Portal...and got them to post that workaround on the Meet Portal.
However, last Sunday, I started getting texts from our 'regular' virtual attendees saying that they weren't seeing the broadcast in the Gospel Stream app, or on the broadcasts web page. I was seeing all of the published broadcasts for the next 5 weeks, but they were only seeing the Feb 8th broadcast. I've reported this new problem to the GSD, but I'm not sure what's being done to address the issue, or how soon it might be resolved. In fact, tonight when I checked with my family members, 2 of us could see all of the upcoming broadcasts, but my daughter only sees the Feb 15th broadcast.
I've had people log out/in, reinstall the app, but so far nothing has fixed this sync problem between all Gospel Stream users and the published events in the Meet Portal.
Just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and possibly any solutions?
