Fix Record Association

Hi all! I am a new member looking for some help. I created an account on the church's website, and I included my membership record number. When I try to log into the tools app, I get an error that states, "Your membership record number needs to be connected with this Church Account. When I click the button that takes me to my Church Account, it shows my MRN. I am unsure what is going on. Has anyone else experienced this and might could recommend a fix? Thank you!

How new? It can sometimes take a day or two for all the computers to sync up.

The other question is what ward/branch are you in? Member Tools won't work if your record is not in a ward or branch.

I'd suggest talking to you ward membership clerk to make sure everything looks good from his end.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I was baptized this past Saturday and received a temporary temple recommend on Sunday. I spent some time with the clerk on Sunday, who made sure all my info was in the system and was correct. When I log into the website, all my info looks correct, I have access to features I did not have prior to receiving my MRN.

I am in the Gardendale Ward and it does show that by my name when I log into the website.
