I’m a temple and family history leader. One of the goals on our plan is for every member in the ward, age 12 and older, have a familysearch account, how can I determine this?

Another goal is for all members, 12 and older, have for generations.

Another goal is for all members, 12 and older, to submit at least one name to the temple.

How can I access/monitor the status of these goals?i

I think you will have to ask members to self-report this information. There is a report that shows how many members have submitted at least one name to the temple this year, but it doesn't report who (that is by design).

One little suggestion: you will align with reporting if you adjust your "age 12 and older" to be "all youth and adults". All those who will turn 12 during the current year are included in reports, so there will be some 11-year-olds included in the statistics. This reporting is consistent with the way classes and quorums work, too -- you become a member of Young Women or Young Men on January 1 if you will turn 12 in that year. And all Young Men and Young Women are counted in the FHAR, even if they happen to be 11 years old.

That said, you can look at the Family History Activity Report to monitor the progress on your goal for all youth and adults to submit at least one name to the temple. It will be helpful if you understand the definition of a "submitter" in the FHAR Guide. That exact statistic is on the FHAR, so the reporting aligns with your ward goal.

The goal for each member to have four generations is a little trickier, but you can use the FHAR to monitor that as well. I say it's trickier, because the statistic on the FHAR labeled "First Four Generations of Ancestors in the Tree" measures ancestors for members, not just members. See this post for details (and there are helpful comments earlier in that thread, too). Because each member without a FamilySearch account counts for 0 in this statistic, this particular statistic is actually a combination of two of your goals: for each member to have a FamilySearch account, and for each member to have four generations. Unfortunately, you just get a percentage, with no names attached, and no indication as to why the number is less than 100%. If you get to 100%, then you would know that everyone has a FamilySearch account and has four generations, but if it's less than 100%, you won't know exactly why.

Good point on the youth number, that will certainly be an edit in the next version of our plan. It is not a big concern right now with only five youth in the ward. We have a rather large primary and 4 separate nurseries so It willgoin be an issue in the future. We are a new ward with lots of young couples. I did a fun little activity to prompt members to login, I asked, via circles, what the price of gas was in the year that they were born and it increased our login number on the FHAR and also there was a big spike in the get involved report.
