Hello all,
For the past few days I have been trying to order some garments from the store, Great Britain based, and I cannot get past the 'processing order' step. I can complete all other checkout functions including payment, but then when I submit the order, it'll say "Processing Order, Please Wait" in the center of the screen indefinitely. If I scroll to the top, it says "Our system timed out, if you don't receive an order confirmation email within an hour, please place a new order" but no confirmation email ever comes.
I have tried on three different browsers, on private/incognito, on desktop and mobile, and I have tried clearing my cache/cookies. I cannot place my order. I live quite a ways from a distribution center so this is a significant barrier to me being able to get what I need. I'm feeling frustrated. What can I do?

Can you find contact information for the online store site? You might be able to place the order by phone--or at least report the problem.

I tried the phone number listed under "contact us" but it led me to a menu of options that did not seem to lead to anywhere I needed to go. I tried emailing. Waiting for a reply now.

Did you ever get any resolution? I am having the same issue with the UK store! And the distribution center was wiped out when I broke down and went yesterday. I emailed- but no response yet

If you are thinking this is a general issue for all members there in the UK, perhaps you could contact your ward clerk and ask him to verify if he or other clerks in your stake have been able to successfully order items recently.
