Transferring emails issue after mission

I'm trying to connect my emails from my mission email and my personal email, but the instructions aren't working for me. What do I do?

Have you tried the latest information on recovering missionary email/photos is provided in the post here? If so, at what step do you encounter problems and what specifically happens?
