Screen keeps screen keeps refreshing when ordering garments from the online store

After I login to the online store and select garments the screen constantly refreshes. This keeps me from doing anything in the store.

If you're the person who posted first in this thread but with a different username, please check that your MRN is connected to the account you're using. The flashing might be a bug in cases where the account does not have a MRN.

There should be customer service phone numbers available at the Online Store site. Someone there might be able to help or at least log the problem. Using the Feedback button to report the problem would also be a way to get the problem reported so that it can be fixed.

I have been trying to log into the store for months now but it just seems to bounce back and forth from error to login page. In fact it’s stuck I a “loop”. I cannot order garments.

This post appeared to have more in common with this thread than with the on in which it was originally posted, so I moved it here. Ideas already in this thread that might be of use include trying private or incognito mode, deleting cookies and clearing browser cache, and calling the customer service number on the phone.
