possible to have dual Membership in two wards?
My husband serves as Bishop of a YSA ward that is part of a YSA stake. Is there a way for our membership info to show up in both wards? So far, we are only in one or the other. If our records are in the YSA ward then I have no ministers, and don’t receive info from our home ward. If they try to put me in family ward then I can’t see the YSA members or our stake in the tools app. Ward clerk doesn’t know how to solve this. Help??

The Handbook is not as clear as it used to be, but the records of bishops of YSA wards should be kept in their geographic ward and the YSA unit creates an out-of-unit record for them.
See General Handbook 33.6.5 and 33.6.6.

So, what should happen is the bishop's records go back to his home ward and the YSA stake adds an out-of-unit record for the bishop and assigns his calling. (I don't think the ward can record the calling of a bishop.) Of course that will temporarily release the bishop and generally make a mess of things in the short term. But that's the only way to be ministered to by the geographic ward since out-of-unit members do not show in ministering. (So the geographic ward can't be the one with the Out-of-Unit record.)
I don't think there's any official provision for the bishop's wife. But the YSA ward can add her as a out-of-unit member. But may not get full rights until assigned a calling.
I'm sure someone will correct/update me if I'm wrong.

Late response, but I'd also suggest for your husband to make sure that the YSA Stake Leaders (clerk/etc) have a good understanding of this process. From my perspective, when a YSA ward/stake issues a calling, they should be the ones driving the process to make sure that records are handled correctly. They should also be the ones that proactively reach out to the home ward/stake leadership and coordinate logistics like what type of ministering will occur, what expectations are for spouse/family participation in home ward vs YSA ward Sunday meetings and other events, etc. Since the YSA ward/stake does this "regularly" over time, they likely are better positioned to identify best practices that a home ward/stake may not be aware of.
