Copier Routine Service and Cleaning
Since we no longer have service contracts on our copiers, how do we handle things like routine servicing and cleaning. The copiers would last longer if we did this, but we do not have anyone in our unit who can take care of the copier when the toner starts appearing where it should not. Is the local unit now responsible for these kinds of service calls and charged on an individual, per call basis?

Assuming your copiers are on the official program, you definitely do have service contracts. Handle all service requests as detailed in the FAQ: How should copier service issues be resolved?.lajackson wrote:Since we no longer have service contracts on our copiers, how do we handle things like routine servicing and cleaning.
