I don't suppose I could be so lucky that someone here has an electronic copy of the current Melchizedek Priesthood Ordination form they could e-mail me? I just was notified that our new bishopric counselor will be ordained and set apart tomorrow, and I'm feeling particularly lazy about going out to the meetinghouse tonight.
